GETTING TO KNOW JEFF WARNER

As a full time, licensed, real estate professional there is little I enjoy more than helping people obtain what may be the dream of their life, to own a home.  Equally rewarding is the opportunity to provide expert guidance to those who are ready to upgrade to your next dream home or perhaps downsize.  No matter your dream, throughout the process of buying or selling your home, it is my goal to demonstrate excellence and integrity in my service to you and to represent you in the manner that you prefer. 

Before I became a real estate professional and started The Dream Home-Team, I spent over two decades in and around boat manufacturing, sales, management and marine business in general.  I have been blessed with opportunities to work with wonderful people of all backgrounds.  Since I chose to develop my profession in real estate I have been blessed even more.  It would be an honor for me to put my knowledge and experience to work for you.

My wife Patti and I have been happily married for over 22 years.  She is my greatest encourager and supporter as well as a terrific prayer partner.  Patti is a gifted Sunday school teacher, writer and speaker.  She works diligently assisting me in many ways so that I can do the best possible job for you.  If you are in the Cocoa area, we invite you join us for worship at First Baptist Church of Cocoa.

I owe all of my success, all of my abilities and all that I am to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.  It is through Him that I have strength to do all things (Philippians 4:13).  I asked Jesus into my heart at the age of nine and I know that there is nothing that can separate me from Him or His love.  If you have a relationship with Jesus, then I am thankful.  If you are not sure, please ask me and I will be glad to share with you.  It will be my pleasure to sell your home or find your next home just as it will be to talk about our Lord.

It will be a privilege to be chosen to represent you in your home buying or selling efforts.  My procedures are a bit different from other agents.  It will always be my practice to bring you the highest net price as a seller and to skillfully negotiate the most advantageous price as a buyer.  Additionally my specialty is reducing your stress, eliminating unwanted surprises and making sure that you can move forward with your dreams in your time frame.
